We reserve the right to postpone appointments.

Deposit Postponement Cancellation

Please be sure to show up for the appointment. The deposit is valid as payment for the administration and consultation. There will be no refund or reimbursement. The deposit will only be credited to the price after a successful tattoo appointment. If a customer does not show up for the agreed appointment, Tattoo Anansi retains the deposit for administration and consultation. Cancellations or postponements can only be accepted in person or by telephone. However, a new appointment can take some time and is only available with a new deposit. Unfortunately, morale here has changed so much over the years that we feel compelled to introduce new rules. We have to pay colleagues and rent to manage appointments. Our colleagues and guest colleagues from all over the world have high costs themselves such as hotels, travel and we want to work reliably and dependably - as is expected of us just as fairly. Deposits are therefore non-refundable. No matter for what reason a customer does not show up for an appointment. Not showing up for appointments or rescheduling appointments can result in months of long waiting times and extra costs.

Illness / absence

Covid-Update: Do not come to the studio if you have a fever, cough, feeling ill or suspected illness!!! Please ONLY postpone appointments by phone or in person - emails cannot always be read in time. Of course, this does not automatically mean that everyone has an alibi and appointments can simply be postponed without further ado.

Motif changes

Motif changes AFTER CONSULTATION are labor-intensive and therefore associated with higher prices.

Visitors/accompanying persons

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, please COME ALONE AND WITHOUT ACCOMPANIMENT TO THE APPOINTMENT OR TO THE APPOINTMENT AGREEMENT. Please come to the appointment alone if possible due to space restrictions. Tattooing requires maximum concentration. Normally, only the tattoo artist and the customer have access to the work areas.

Payment

You pay us the amount due for the session in cash after each session. Payment in installments etc. is not possible.

Disclaimer Fonts

Fonts and lettering must be checked again by the customer after the imprint has been applied to the skin (applies to all tattoos, by the way), we accept no liability for spelling mistakes or incorrectly placed characters.

A freshly engraved tattoo is like treating a wound! So be careful with it in the first few days!

Firstly, a lot of things will be clarified before you come to us and secondly, it is much more pleasant for everyone to prepare for the visit directly in the studio.
