Fetish fashion has been used everywhere in pop culture in recent years. Music videos from Lady Gaga to Rihanna are full of allusions from the fetish world. Even Helene Fischer only caused a minor scandal in the folk music and pop music industry with her latex bra; vinyl, leather and latex have become socially acceptable, but - and this is the question - will the individual admirer of this avant-garde lifestyle now also venture into the limelight? Will they face up to their passion and appear as a shadowy figure in the phantasmagoria; in short, will we ourselves venture into the darkrooms and to the celebrations of dazzling debauchery? Wild club nights and sex. They have always gone well together here. A growing number of parties are bringing together hedonism and fetish, the queer scene and party people - Darkroom 4.0.

But in other cities too, the combination of eroticism, fetish and club life is increasingly becoming a trend for night-time partying. In Munich, there is a fine scene that revolves around the SubRosaDictum events. The Munich fashion event Avantgardista manages to bring together party, fashion, eroticism and fetish. Organizer Christian Eberle has created a very special and exclusive happening with this fetish series: "All fashion designers and makers who are active in this subculture or niche need a common stage. A platform that focuses on their (fetish) design and fashion. "His main aim is to break down prejudices. Fetish is an exciting part of life, an expression of countless individual lifestyles and ultimately a social phenomenon: "For me, the best compliment is when a visitor comes and says that they have never seen anything like it in their life. Because we at the Avantgardista want to change perspectives, present ways of life that are unusual, exotic, artistic and bring their very special individuality into the world. This is what creates diversity and excitement - ultimately a celebration of life. "Anything is possible at Avantgardista 2019, which takes place next Saturday at Zenit in Munich. In addition to all the new fetish outfits that will be presented at the fashion show, Avantgardista will offer plenty of insights into the alternative, fetishist lifestyle. For us "Taatoovistas ", it's well worth the trip. We also know the excitement that comes with a tattoo, the tingling sensation on the skin, the thrill of the new. It's in the same vein. Many fetish lovers see tattoos as an opportunity to leave a lasting physical mark. And tattoo artists love the unusual aesthetics of the fetish world. The experience of pain has an erotic dimension that remains in the body's memory for a lifetime. Anyone with ink under their skin can testify to how sensual getting a tattoo is. This experience is associated with endorphins, which give the whole thing something exciting and erotic, and tattoo artists and tattooed people are no strangers to the world of excitement. Making oneself visible, showing one's skin, aesthetically individualizing oneself - this is also something that both worlds have in common.
